Welcome To Indians Rocks' Summer Workout Sessions
Indians Rock is please to offer five different summer workout sessions.
Sessions I-IV are supervised workout sessions with Billy J. Voltaire at the
Manhasset High School Fitness Center. Session V is a Weight Room Only
Session. If you are a Varsity Football Player please click HERE
The sessions are:
1. Session I Full Strength and Conditioning Program- 12 week session -
$600 Per Student/Athlete (a $100 savings over the 6 week sessions), from 3:
15 PM – 5:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ending Friday
August 14. Times are subject to change.
2. Session II Full Strength and Conditioning Program - 6 week session -
$350 Per Student/Athlete. From 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays through Friday July 24. Times are subject to
change.
3. Session III Full Strength and Conditioning Program - 6 week session -
$350 Per Student/Athlete. From 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays beginning on Monday July 6 and running through
August 14. Times are subject to change.
4. Session IV– Strength Training Only – Monday, Wednesday and Friday –
12 weeks, from 3:15 PM to 4:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
until Friday August 14 - $300 per Student/Athlete. Times are subject to
change
5. Session V is access to the Weight Room at the High School on Monday
Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:15 PM till 4:30 PM. Session V, does not
include access to a trainer and is designed for graduating Seniors or Alumni
who are following a weight training program for College. Costs is $200 for
the summer. Times are subject to change
